Recently, a purple Paithani saree worn by Nita Ambani has captured the internet's attention, making waves for its elegance and craftsmanship.

Jamuni Paithani Saree

This time, she was seen in a stunning custom Jamuni Paithani saree, designed by Indian fashion designer Manish Malhotra.

The saree, featuring intricate craftsmanship inspired by Maharashtra's rich heritage, was crafted in collaboration with Swadesh.

In a photo posted by Manish Malhotra, Nita Ambani is seen pairing the saree with elegant diamond and ruby jewellery.

Decoding The Jamuni Paithani Saree

Manish Malhotra explains in an Instagram post about the craftsmanship, stating, “The beautiful and ever-graceful Mrs. Nita Ambani graces our custom-made Jamuni Paithani saree, designed especially for her. This exquisite piece features a Paithani border from Swadesh, perfectly blending regal tradition with unparalleled craftsmanship. Originating from the historic town of Paithan in Marathwada, this silk masterpiece represents the rich cultural heritage of Maharashtra. Paired beautifully with a handwoven Banarasi chevron blouse, the ensemble is a tribute to the art of weaving and the legacy it carries.”
