A new, very intensive form of workout, this has completely transformed the dynamic. The best part is that HIIT workouts can be customised as per your requirement. HIIT workout will surely continue in the upcoming years and well and will only gain momentum.

Workout trends were completely transformed in the Covid times and this is just one example. Virtual reality (VR) workouts will become more popular as technology advances. Imagine being able to exercise and move in your dream locations without even leaving your room.
