Sheermal

A part of Awadhi cuisine, Lucknow is the best place to try some sheermal. The Lucknawi sheermal has a slight variation. Milk is used to knead the sweet naan. This gives it a juicy texture. Sheermal is served with spicy curries to strike that perfect balance.
