There is no certain medication for cold sores, but prescription of antiviral medicines can be helpful to treat them in some cases. A person can reduce the risk of getting or spreading the infection by avoiding touching the lips of someone with a cold sore. Also, refrain to share food and beverages with people who have cold sores.

One can manage their pimples at home by using oil-free cosmetics and skincare products. Gently washing your face twice a day with cold water will also help in getting rid of pimples. If you have severe acne, then it is best to see a doctor or dermatologist. Do not touch or rub pimples and apply minimal makeup. As suggested by experts, use creams and lotions made with zinc, which eventually also helps to cut down your pimples.
