The match will take place at the Karen Rolton Oval, Adelaide (9:00 am IST). WBBL 2019 will feature eight teams of Sydney – Thunder, Sydney Sixers, Perth Scorchers, Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Stars and Melbourne Renegades. The first match of the series will be played between Sydney Sixers Women and Sydney Thunder Women on Friday, October 18 at 2:10 pm IST. Sophie Devine and Suzie Bates of Adelaide Strikers were two of the top five run-scorers for WBBL 2018. Even Tahlia McGrath performed well and could be a key player this season. Sophie Molineux from Melbourne Renegades is a player to look out for as Amy Satterthwaite will not be there this season. Tammy Beaumont, who is a senior England batter could provide Molineux with the required support.
