Two of the biggest sporting icons Virat Kohli and Harry Kane had come face-to-face prior to Team India's ICC Cricket World Cup warm-up fixture against New Zealand in London.

The English Football team captain had posted a selfie with Virat Kohli on Twitter as he wrote, 'After a few tweets in the last couple of years good to finally meet @imVkohli. A great guy and a brilliant sportsman'.

While it is true that both the star athletes have been sharing a mutual admiration for each other since the last few years, there was one standout moment that involved both the icons.

It was the presence made by Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan that stood out. The junior Bachchan took to Twitter and make fun of Virat Kohli by posting an image of Kohli holding Chelsea's jersey. This picture was taken back in 2014. At the same time, it is also not surprising that AB Jr. is a huge fan of the 'Blues'. Not to forget, Chelsea and Tottenham have intense rivalry as both are London-based clubs. Here's the image.

Here are a few of the netizens' reactions.

Meanwhile, Harry Kane will be hoping to get fit before Champions League Final clash against Liverpool on June 1.

Kohli, on the other hand, will be seen in action during India's second warm-up game against Bangladesh at Cardiff on May 28.

India will begin their World Cup campaign against South Africa on June 5.
