A mighty Team India will be looking to continue their unbeaten run against the hosts England during their ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 clash at the Edgbaston in Birmingham on Sunday. Meanwhile, England will be looking to keep their semifinal hopes alive after back-to-back losses against Sri Lanka and arch-rivals Australia respectively.  At the same time, the most interesting thing about this contest is that the Pakistani fans will also be cheering for the Virat Kohli-led side. The reason is simple. If England lose, then the hosts' tournament will be in jeopardy and it will also make Pakistan's job easier of qualifying for the semifinal, provided they win their final league game against Bangladesh.

Anand Mahindra, the Chairman of Mahindra Group came forward and made a sarcastic statement on Twitter. He wrote ' Should India should play a ‘chess’ move & lose to England to put Pakistan out of the semis? Happily, the majority say that #TeamIndia should always play to win. But some urged me to watch the match if I wanted Pakistan out.. (An inside joke with some of my followers!)'
