WWE News: Baron Corbin Wants A Championship Match At WrestleMania 36

In an interview, Corbin revealed that he wants a title match at WrestleMania 36. In his WWE career, Corbin has won on the one title, United States Championship.

It is surely a good year for Baron King Corbin as he did many incredible things. In March, he fought WWE legend Kurt Angle at WrestleMania 35 and later went on to win the King of the Ring competition. However, King Corbin has decided to do something more. In an interview with American media, Corbin revealed that he wants a title match at WrestleMania 36. In his WWE career, King Corbin has won only one title and that's the United States Championship. However, he has also won the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal in the biggest show of all.

WWE news: Here’s what Baron 'King' Corbin said

While talking in the interview, Corbin said that by being King Corbin he has earned a chance for a WWE championship match. He added that at this level, the title match should happen in upcoming WrestleMania because that’s the next step up for him. He also said that he didn’t want to move back but keep on moving forward. Baron Corbin ended the interview by saying that he wants the championship match and he should get one.

Earlier, Baron Corbin was seen interrupting Becky Lynch in the debut episode SmackDown on FOX. King Corbin entered the ring and started saying that he is the right person to start the show. It was here when The Rock made the electrifying entrance. WWE Universe welcomed the legendary wrestler with applause and even chanted his name. After entering the ring, he started trash-talking and revealed how he turned the word SmackDown into a show. Becky Lynch then joined The Rock and both took turns talking trash against Corbin. 

Both even forced the WWE Universe to frustrate the 2019 King of the Ring winner and even booed Corbin. The segment ended with the Man and The Great One laying the SmackDown on King Corbin. Despite that, The Rock hailed Baron Corbin on social media and said that he has a very bright future ahead of him. Here’s what the rock posted.
