Jofra Archer sparks a debate with his uncalled club cricket appearance
Jofra Archer has been nursing an elbow injury which he sustained in March. The setback put him on the sidelines, and the star bowler will miss out on the England tour of India and the IPL 2024 season. However, while in Barbados, Archer took part in a club cricket match for his former school side. His spontaneous appearance led to a chain of questions.

When asked to England's Managing Director of Men's Cricket Rob Key, he mentioned being in the dark regarding Archer's situation. But he will work on the situation and find out.

Unexpectedly, Jofra Archer, associated with his former school, Christ Church Foundation, showcased both his bowling and batting ability, netting 11 runs. On the first day of a three-day match, Archer took 4–18 for Foundation against Lords, using a combination of pace and left-arm spin. The Barbados Cricket Association Division One scores website has him listed.

When will Jofra Archer return to action?
Archer has pulled himself out of the IPL 2024 season and hasn't been listed in England's squad for India. But it looks like the ECB will monitor the star fast bowler. There is a chance that the Cricket Board will keep him for the T20 World Cup, which is set to take place next year. The tournament will take place in the West Indies and United States in June, and it will be an ideal time for Archer to make his comeback.
