The Indian skipper's knock has surpassed Virat Kohli's standout record to become the highest scorer for an Indian Captain in an innings in test cricket.
Kohli had smashed an unbeaten 254 against South Africa in 2019, and the Prince has dethroned the King in 2025 with his authoritative performance against England at Edgbaston in Birmingham.
