Jasprit Bumrah DROPPED as Rohit Sharma's Deputy For Tests vs Bangladesh?

India vs Bangladesh : The India squad for the Tests versus Bangladesh was announced late last night. While the squad was on predicted lines, it was surprising to see Jasprit Bumrah there in the squad, but not there as Rohit Sharma 's deputy. Bumrah was the vice-captain of the side during the Test series against England earlier in the year and hence the surprise. As of now, fans are reacting and speculating wildly, but the truth is that there is no clarity over this. One feels with Rohit in the twilight of his career, the Indian board is looking for someone who can take over and Shubman Gill is being looked at as a potential candidate. Gill is the vice-captain in the two white-ball formats. Bumrah may not have officially been named as Rohit's deputy for the Tests versus Bangladesh, but the premier pacer is bound to help Rohit. 

Last-Minute Call?

It would be interesting to see if there is a last-minute call taken on who would be Rohit's deputy for the two Tests.
