IPL 2025: It was friendship as usual for the cricketers after the game between LSG-DC was over. It surely as a tense match which tested the best in the business. Eventually, Ashutosh Sharma held his nerves and took the Capitals over the line on Monday. Following the win, the players from both camps started to interact at the Vizag stadium itself.

Rishabh Pant , captain of LSG and his counterpart from DC, Axar Patel - were spotted poking fun at Kuldeep Yadav. It was Pant who started the friendly banter by saying, "Single le raha tha, chaukaa maar gaya'. This meant Kuldeep was looking for a single, but instead picked up a boundary. 

Kuldeep reacted in a bid to defend himself and said, "Mera kaam tha single lena [My job was to take a single]." He then added, "The bowler gave the ball in the slot."

Meanwhile, thanks to Ashutosh Sharma, the Capitals won the game by a wicket. It went right down to the wire and that is when Ashutosh brought the best in him to the fore to guide his team to a famous win. 

Chasing a daunting target of 210, DC seemed down and out at 8 for 3 and later at 139 for 7, but Ashutosh’s fearless hitting turned the game on its head, handing DC an unforgettable win. Ashutosh's knock was laced with five sixes an five boundaries. From now on, every time he walks out to bat - the expectations would be high.
