Prior to WrestleMania 41, John Cena vowed to ruin the pro wrestling timeline, and it looks like he is staying true to his promise. Cena, who cemented his name in the galaxy of greats by winning his seventeenth world title, successfully defended it against his arch-rival Randy Orton during WWE Backlash.
Cena has been an ultimate good guy for twenty-odd years and has operated as a good guy throughout his career, but his sudden heel turn has left the audience stunned and curious about his storyline. Last year, Cena announced that he will retire from the WWE by the end of 2025. Cena, who failed at the Royal Rumble, won the Elimination Chamber and booked a date with the American Nightmare Cody Rhodes for the main event of WrestleMania 41.
The match between Cena and Rhodes was a dull affair, considering the fact that it was John's last Mania. The intrusion by global pop icon Travis Kelce did not go down well with fans either.

WWE Likely To Announce Grand Plan For John Cena's Last Match
John Cena will go down as one of the greatest of all time, and there are no doubts about it. Despite the Cody Rhodes vs John Cena WrestleMania match being a dull affair, fans were happy because Cena won, and the accolade he deserved after spending two decades in the WWE was fitting. Cena's heel turn has caused monumental shifts in the WWE, but the fans are loving every minute of it, and the seventeen-time world champion is playing his character to perfection.
It is now being reported that the WWE will conduct John Cena's final WWE match in his home state, Boston. This might be the WWE's way of bidding a final goodbye to the legendary champion in a grand manner.

In all probability, Cena will compete in SummerSlam and Money In The Bank, and he will need a worthy opponent.
