Swiggy Acknowledges The Mumbai Dabbawalas As The Original Food Delivery Network, Video Goes Viral 

Finally, an online food ordering-delivery service (app) has acknowledged, the Mumbai Dabbawalas, as the original network of food delivery in the city. Now, Swiggy has posted a new video honouring the Mumbai Dabbawalas and this video has gone viral with netizens appreciating the app’s gesture. There also has been a community calling this gesture as a promotional drive, but nonetheless, the Dabbawalas have seemingly got their due from a technology-driven food delivery service. This should potentially account as positive news.  

An interesting trivia, at this point in time, is the fact that there is also a website dedicated to the Mumbai Dabbawalas.
