The OnePlus Music festival is almost here, the mega music festival by onePlus is slated to take place on 16 November at the D.Y. Patil stadium in Mumbai. The first ever music festival by OnePlus features performances form popular international singers Katy Perry and Dua Lipa among other Indian musicians. This may seem a tad bit unconventional considering the fact that OnePlus is a consumer technology brand best known for premium smartphones but the excitement around the event has been growing specially considereing the huge community that the smartphone maker has managed to build in India. Hence, a Music Festival, not just sponsored by but actually organised by a mobile phone brand seems exciting, and big.
Now, with the OnePlus Music Festival taking place on 16 November, it only becomes imminent that loyalists get to check out how to catch all the action live, if they are not able to attend the festival in Mumbai. To watch the live stream of OnepLus Music Festival, in Mumbai, you could click here to navigate to the official channel. The livestream begins at 6:30 PM IST. Both Dua Lipa and Katy Perry have performances tomorrow. Both Perry and Lipa represent are big stars in the international music scene.
“I am so happy to be returning to India and excited to headline my first-ever performance in Mumbai. I am looking forward to seeing and singing with all of my Indian KatyCats at the OnePlus Music Festival," stated Katy Perry, confirming her presence at the OnePlus Music Festival. "We are super excited that Katy Perry will be starring in our first-ever OnePlus Music Festival in India! We decided to host this festival to share our passion for music with our community, who are at the heart of everything we do. With Katy on board, this is sure to be a one of a kind experience,” stated Carl Pei, Co-founder, OnePlus.
“So excited to perform in India for the first time ever. I’m excited to get back on stage, I feel like it’s going to be such a fun night,” stated Dua Lip confirming her presence for the event." This festival will truly be a one of a kind experience for our Indian community,” added Pei.
This is certainly the biggest community event for OnePlus, and for a smartphone brand known for it's engagement with its community, a mega music festival seems like the right way to go.
