'Pakistan on backfoot against India in World Cup'

Danish Kaneria while speaking to Republic ahead of Pakistan's ODI World Cup clash against spoke about Pakistan's poor injury management. When asked about Pakistan performing poorly in the World Cup warm-up matches and if they are missing the services of Naseem Shah, the former Pakistan cricketer lashed out at PCB for poor injury management. He said - 'The management needs to provide their input and need to make sure that they don't play their match winners in every game. The PCB should have rested Haris and Naseem in the Afghanistan series that was played before the World Cup. The PCB and the team management are totally to be blamed for. Pakistan lost their warm-up match to New Zealand and when they play India at the Narendra Modi Stadium, they will be under pressure. Pakistan are an unpredictable team, they might have the potential, but you never know what they are going to do on any given day.'
