Berlin Approves Ukrainian Use of German Weapons to Hit Targets in Russia
The German government said Ukraine can use weapons it supplies against positions just over the border, from where Russia launches its attacks on Kharkiv.
The change in stance is meant to address the numerous attacks on Kharkiv that Russia continues to launch from within its own territory. | Image:
