Francesca Cartier Brickell, a descendant of the Cartier family, showcased a priceless collection of jewels at an event in Beverly Hills this week, necessitating an impressive security operation.
Five ex-special operations personnel and ten armed guards collaborated with local law enforcement for a week leading up to the event at a private residence in the upscale neighborhood. Their task was to surveil any unusual activity within a five-mile radius of the venue, according to the reports.
Reportedly, the team employed a "geo-fence" to ensure the security of the area.
There was a limited one-hour timeframe to admire the jewels, including one that had previously been exclusively showcased at the Louvre in Abu Dhabi, during the Power Beauty Living party. Cartier Brickell was personally escorted to and from the event by armed guards, as reported.
The specific jewels showcased at the $28 million residence remain unclear, perhaps for evident reasons, no photographs of the exhibit were shared online.
Cartier Brickell is the great-great-great-granddaughter of Louis-François Cartier, the founder of the company in Paris in 1847.
Beauty influencer Shalini Vadhera, the founder of Beauty Power Living along with her husband, former "Access Hollywood" host Tony Potts, played host to the event.
