In India, the automakers have added special Black Editions to their SUV lineups, which feature a black exterior and red inserts to give them a more sporty aesthetic. The most affordable SUV with a black edition is the Hyundai Exter Knight Edition.

Hyundai Exter Knight Edition:
Starting on the list is the Hyundai Exter Knight Edition. This edition has a black exterior paint scheme, a Knight Edition badge on the fenders, and subtle red inserts all around the body. The interiors of the Exter Knight Edition follow a similar theme, with a black tone and red stitching on the upholstery, footwell lighting, and more. The Exter Knight Editon has a 1.2L inline four-cylinder petrol engine.
The buyers of the Hyundai Exter Knight Edition have to pay ₹8.46 lakh (ex-showroom) for the SX variant.
Hyundai Venue Knight Edition:
Coming to the second position on the list, buyers can check out the Hyundai Venue Knight Edition. It has a similar exterior treatment as the Hyundai Exter Knight Edition. The buyers of the Hyundai Venue Knight Edition can opt for either a 1.2L naturally aspirated petrol engine or a 1.0L turbo petrol engine, but is not available with a diesel engine.

Tata Nexon Dark Edition:
Buyers looking for a black edition SUV under Tata Motors have the Tata Nexon Dark Edition. The Nexon Dark Edition is the only SUV that comes with a monotone treatment and no secondary colour accents have been used on the SUV. The interiors of the Nexon Dark Edition are blacked out and there is a dark blue seatback, which offers a slight differentiation. This edition is available across powertrain options for the customers.
The price of Tata Nexon Dark Edition is ₹11.70 lakh (ex-showroom) for the Creative Plus (S) 1.2P 6 MT variant.

MG Astor Blackstorm Edition
The fourth SUV that buyers can check out under ₹15 lakh is the MG Astor Blackstorm Edition. It has a similar philosophy as the Hyundai’s Knight Edition SUVs, by offering a black exterior paint and having red inserts on the bumpers, brake callipers, and Blackstorm badge on the fenders. On the inside, it has a similar treatment, having a black dashboard with red inserts on AC vents, red stitching, and more. This edition is available with the 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine.

Hyundai Creta Knight Edition:
Hyundai Creta is one of the popular SUVs on the list, carrying forward similar traits as the younger siblings on the lineup. It is available in both a 1.5L petrol engine and a 1.5L diesel engine options to the buyers.
