Deepika Padukone has rendered her own opinion regarding the year's best acting performance amidst all the actor-director roundtables and year-ender lists. She shared a scene from Bradley Cooper's Maestro on Instagram, praising it as one of the "greatest" in recent memory.

Deepika Padukone heaps praises on Bradley Cooper

Deepika shared a scene from Bradley Cooper's 2023 movie Maestro on her Instagram stories on Tuesday, January 2. The movie is reportedly one of the front-runners for the upcoming awards season. The Pathaan actress posted the video clip with a sincere message praising Cooper's performance, citing it as "one of the greatest performances" in recent times.

Deepika wrote, "Aah, this scene! & probably one of the greatest performances I've experienced in recent years. #maestro #bradleycooper."

Deepika has praised Bradley for his performances on earlier occasions as well. The actress previously garnered attention when she lavished praise on the A Star is Born actor for his American Hustle role.

What is Maestro about?

Bradley Cooper takes on the challenging role of Leonard Bernstein. Joining him is Carey Mulligan, who portrays Felicia Montealegre, Bernstein's wife and lover. The star cast also includes Matt Boomer, Maya Hawke, and Sarah Silverman.

The film had its world premiere at the 80th Venice International Film Festival last year and went on to become a huge success. Aside from that, it has received four Golden Globe nominations and is a front-runner at upcoming Oscars.
