Former April member Naeun dating PSG Soccer Star Lee Kang In? Here’s what we know

Former April member Naeun recently made headlines when she got embroiled in a dating scandal with soccer star Lee Kang In. The reports of the two dating surfaced online on Tuesday morning, January 2. The rumoured couple was spotted together several times. 

Are Lee Kang In and Naeun in a relationship? 

Lee Kang In and Naeun are reportedly dating as per an exclusive report from The Fact. After receiving a tip that they were dating in 2023, The Fact was able to identify the two when they were out on dates. Naeun's house and car or the dorms of the National Soccer Team were the primary locations for their dates. 

Before the Korean National Team's AFC qualifying match for the 2026 FIFA World Cup, on November 14 and 15, she also spent time with Lee Kang In at the team's hotel. After the match, which saw South Korea defeat Singapore 5-0, the two visited Naeun's home. 

The rumoured couple was spotted by The Fact out on a date in front of Naeun's Gyeonggi-do apartment. They hurried to get to the car while being aware of their surroundings. Nonetheless, Lee Kang In stopped by a convenience store to buy some ice cream for the two of them to split.

Naeun's career trajectory

Naeun debuted in the South Korean girl group April in August 2015 under DSP Media. The label announced their disbandment 8 years after their formation in 2022. Following the announcement of their breakup, the APRIL members also shared handwritten letters for their fans on social media. 

Naeun also made her foray into acting with the VR web drama April Love in 2016. She also starred in the MBC television series Extraordinary You (2018) and the web drama series A-teen (2018).
