BREAKING: Fire Breaks Out At Aranya Society In Noida Sector-119; 6 Fire Tenders At The Scene

A fire broke out at a residential flat in the Aranya Society, located in Sector 119, Noida on Monday morning. Emergency services rushed to the spot. Six fire service tenders have arrived at the scene and are currently battling the flames to prevent the fire from spreading to adjacent apartments. A suspected AC blast has reportedly caused the fire.

According to an eyewitness, the fire was first noticed on the 21st floor of Aranya Apartments and the blaze reportedly ignited within the outdoor AC unit on the balcony of flat number 2105 and rapidly spread upward, engulfing flat number 2305 on the 23rd floor. Fire fighters had to deploy a hydraulic crane to battle the high-rise flames. While flat number 2305 was locked at the time and its interior belongings were completely destroyed.

Chief Fire Officer Pradeep Kumar assured that the firefighters have successfully brought the blaze under control. “It was quite challenging. The building's fire safety system was functional. There were no injuries. The team reached the spot within 15 minutes and everyone was safely evacuated,” he said.
