New Delhi: India on Saturday delivered a strong rebuttal to Pakistan’s false claims that Indian Air Force sites were destroyed in missile strikes. In a special media briefing under Operation Sindoor, top officials released clear video evidence showing all IAF facilities fully intact and operational, exposing what they called a deliberate misinformation campaign by Islamabad.

India Releases Video Proof to Bust Pakistan's Propaganda on IAF Bases

Wing Commander Vyomika Singh showcased time-stamped footage of key Indian Air Force stations, clearly showing them intact and fully operational. The videos included visuals of live activity, ongoing operations, and unscathed infrastructure, all captured in the early hours of Saturday. These were aimed at countering several fake social media posts and news claims from Pakistani sources.

“This misinformation is part of a broader narrative warfare aimed at misleading both their own people and the international community,” said Singh, addressing the media.

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri dismissed Pakistan’s repeated accusations, including bizarre claims of Indian missiles hitting Afghan territory  as “frivolous and fabricated.” He said, “The people of Afghanistan know which country has historically targeted civilian populations and infrastructure. These lies won’t hold.”

Misri also condemned false reports about missile strikes near Shri Amritsar Sahib, calling them “desperate attempts to divide India.” He warned that such tactics are not only baseless but also counterproductive to regional stability.

Colonel Sofiya Qureshi elaborated on India’s calibrated military response to Pakistan’s provocations. “While our armed forces are dealing with the situation on the ground, it’s equally important to neutralize the psychological and information warfare being carried out through fake claims,” she said.

Meanwhile, the situation remains tense on the ground. On Saturday, Pakistan’s shelling on civilian areas in Jammu’s Rajouri district killed two people, including a senior government officer. In response, India launched precise counterstrikes on key Pakistani positions, sources said, while security forces stayed on high alert across the Line of Control.
