A man entered Delhi with a motive to unleash terror in the national capital. He was seen at a petrol pump, at a toll plaza and at a parking lot, while no onlooker suspected that a man amongst them was planning to rock Delhi with a blast that would leave scars on the lives of several people. Several CCTV footages of the horrific day- 10/11- narrate the story of an attack that pushed several homes into mourning and the entire country in shock. As many as 12 people were killed and the lives of several others was scarred after a moving car, which a man named Dr Umar Nabi was driving, exploded near the Red Fort on November 10 during the busy hours of a Monday evening. The blast, suspected to be a suicide attack, was allegedly a terrorist conspiracy being planning for several months.

A CCTV footage showed suspect Dr Umar Nabi entering Delhi via the Badarpur toll plaza at 8:13 am in a Hyundai i20, bearing the registration number HR26CE7674. He was seen paying the toll fee and driving past the toll plaza. The camera showed Nabi, who was going to die later in the day, wearing a black mask as he entered Delhi. The toll plaza staff was unaware that the man paying the fee like any other common man was waiting to unleash terror and mourning in several houses of the national capital.

Just 24 minutes after exiting the parking lot, the car exploded, killing several innocent people and pushing the whole country on high alert.
CCTV 3: Huge Ball of Fire- Exact Moment Of Blast
The exact moment of the high-intensity blast was also captured on a CCTV camera. The 15-second footage from near the Lal Qila Metro Station showed heavy traffic on the road. The vehicles were seen moving at a slow pace due to the congestion in the busy hour of a Monday evening, when suddenly the bomb exploded in a moving Hyundai i20 car. The video showed a bright flash of yellow and orange light as a huge fire engulfed the area as soon as the bomb went off at 6:50 PM near Gate No. 1 of the iconic Red Fort. Body parts of people and pieces of damaged vehicles were found scattered at the blast site.
CCTV 4: Panic After Blast- Child Hides Behind Guardian
Another CCTV footage showed the exact moment after the explosion. The footage visually narrated the horror and sheer confusion that the public experienced right after the blast. Innocent people, including children, were left shaken as what they expected to be a normal day out turned out to be a scary episode in their life, probably leaving life-long scars in their minds.
The footage showed young girls with shopping bags rushing to take shelter at a shop. A huge crowd of people, screaming in panic, also crowded near the entrance of the shop. A man was seen running with a suitcase in his hand, as others were seen making calls for help.

Another CCTV footage showed the explosion triggering panic and chaos in the busy area that is located just opposite the blast site.
Right before the blast, people were seen moving at a leisurely pace in a narrow path in the Chandni Chow market area, unaware of the terror that was waiting to take place. Some people were seen shopping while shopkeepers were sitting calmly inside their shops.
The calmness was short-lived as disorder ensued shortly afterwards. As the bomb physically rocked the area, people were left shaken. Their sudden instincts kicked in and they started running in panic, trying to distance themselves from the horrific blast that happened so close to them.
Dust was seen falling from the ceiling of a shop due to the impact of the blast. Small items kept in different shops were also seen being scattered due to the impact of the high-intensity explosion. The CCTV footage also showed the shopkeepers leaving their shops unattended and running in panic to save their lives.
