Nice: The 'Dhurandhar' fever has reached France! French President Emmanuel Macron on Sunday used ‘Aari Aari’ song from Aditya Dhar's ‘Dhurandhar’ movie in a video to recap Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to France.

The video, with the Bollywood hit track playing in the background, started with the two leaders shaking hands and embracing in France. The video, shared by Macron on social media platforms liked X and Instagram, highlights the strong personal rapport and deepening strategic partnership between the two leaders.

Earlier, Macron had posted a selfie with PM Modi and captioned it 'Nice!"

Responding to Macron's post, PM Modi wrote, “Nice to have met you in Nice", and added that the India-France partnership will keep scaling new heights.

In another social media post, Macron said that he was “delighted” to welcome his “dear friend” Modi.

“From Nice today to G7 Evian and VivaTech in Paris, this seventh visit reflects the exceptional strength of the France-India partnership. We are opening a new chapter for talent, investment and concrete solutions for our people,” the French President said.

The leaders jointly inaugurated the landmark "Bharat Innovates 2026" conclave in Nice.

Speaking on the occasion, PM Modi said, “Innovation is in India's DNA. For thousands of years, with its knowledge and innovation, India has shown new direction to the world. From Mathematics to Astronomy, from Medicine to Yoga, India's contribution has been the base of progress of entire humankind. Today, we have given a new pace and new direction to this heritage.”

This is not the first time Macron has used a song from Ranveer Singh-starrer ‘Dhurandhar’ in a video on bilateral ties with India.

In February, after concluding his three-day visit to India, Macron posted a 43-second recap video of his trip with the song ‘Na De Dil Pardesi Nu’ song playing in the background. Macron had captioned the post, “Thank you India!”
