New Delhi: Renowned podcaster Lex Fridman recited the Gayatri Mantra during an exclusive podcast interaction with Prime Minister Narendra Modi .

The Prime Minister expressed admiration for Fridman’s heartfelt recitation of the sacred mantra from the Rig Veda.

When Fridman asked how well he chanted the mantra, Prime Minister Modi responded, “You did well.”

“Gayatri Mantra is deeply rooted in Surya Upasana and carries a profound spiritual essence. Mantra is not just a set of words but has a scientific connection, reflecting different aspects of life and the universe,” PM Modi further  explained.

PM Modi also spoke about India’s massive electoral process, governance philosophy, and dedication to democracy. He highlighted that 980 million people registered for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, a number larger than the population of North America and Europe combined.
