IPL 2020 Live Updates: Delhi beat Bangalore by 59 runs; climb to the top of the table

Delhi's bowling has been exceptional this season, especially with the way Rabada and Anrich Nortje have performed. Nortje ends his spell with 2 wickets and 22 runs. Bangalore at 127/9.

Another wicket down for Bangalore as Sundar walks back. Short and head-lined,  Sundar looks to make room. Pulls with zero timing. Negative control. Mid-wicket inside the circle.

This was bound to happen as with the asking rate skyrocketing to 16, Kohli had one option - swing like a golf club and only edges it to Rishabh Pant behind the stumps. Kohli didn't had much option though.

Axar to Moeen Ali, out Caught by Hetmyer !! It's the longest part of the boundary at cow corner and that nowhere is straight down deep mid-wicket's throat.

Not the kind of start Bangalore were looking for in their quest to chase down a massive target. Virat Kohli seems to be the only positive out there. The required run rate is inching close to the 13-run mark

 This is Delhi's highest score against Bangalore. The set up of the innings was perfect from them. Prithvi Shaw got them off to a flier with Dhawan giving him support and though they lost their way a bit after the powerplay, the arrival of Stoinis gave them the impetus to finish the innings on a high.

Stoinis finishes the over with some good improvisation to help Siraj away to the square leg fence. That's also brought up his 50. 

3 balls before walking towards the pavilion, Pant had hit a beamer. Head high. And most incredibly, Pant got it out of the way and ramped it for a six over long leg. Tendulkar lauds.
