After weeks of speculation and reports, Team India captain Rohit Sharma has announced the birth of his second child, a baby boy. Rohit and his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, have announced the news publicly over social media. Congratulatory messages have flooded in as fans send their best wishes to the couple and their daughter as they welcome a new member into their family. Rohit Sharma's Team India teammates have also expressed their congratulations to the happy couple on the arrival of their baby boy.

Rohit Sharma and his wife, Ritika Sajdeh, have announced that they have added a fourth member to their family. The Indian National Cricket Team's skipper recently made the revelation public on Instagram, sparking joy among the fans. Rohit's teammates from the Men in Blue have also offered their congratulations for the welcome of their second child. In a video shared by the BCCI, India's T20I skipper Suryakumar Yadav interviewed Sanju Samson and Tilak Varma, who slammed their respective tons to help India win the 4th T20I and the series with a 3-1 lead. Tilak Varma congratulated Rohit and his wife and promised to meet them as soon as he reached India.

“I am really really happy, Rohit bhai. Ye moment ke lie wait kar rahe the. Agar ek adha din late ho jaata to main pahuch jaata waha pe. Aar raha hu jaldi dekhne ke lie. [We were waiting for his moment. If it was late by a day or two, I would have been there. I am coming soon],” Tilak said in the video.

Even Suryakumar sent his good wishes to Rohit Sharma and Ritika Sajdeh. "We have to be ready with the small pads, sidearm, bat as a little one has arrived,” Suryakumar Yadav said.

Sanju Samson also congratulated Rohit Sharma, saying that he is happy for his elder brother and his family. “Very very happy for Chetta and his family,” Samson said.

At the moment, the entire Indian cricket team is in Australia for the Border Gavaskar Trophy, getting ready to play the Pat Cummins team. Jasprit Bumrah, the vice-captain, might captain the team in place of Rohit Sharma, who is not anticipated to play in the Perth Test. There is a slim possibility that Rohit could join the team right away because the couple recently welcomed their child. It is yet to be seen what happens next.
