Will Team India retain number one CWC 2023 spot?
The Indian cricket team led by Rohit Sharma has been dominant in the 2023 ODI World Cup so far and has been performing really well from their first match of the tournament. Five different Indian players have won the Player of the Match award in the first seven games which has been the main reason behind the success of the team in CWC 2023. The Indian team is currently ranked number one in the points table and will aim to strengthen their spot. If India is able to do so, they will play against the fourth-ranked team in the first semi-final which might be much easier for them to beat and make a place in the finals. However, they will still need to play the way the Indian team has been playing in the tournament so far.
