How India Is Preparing to Counter Pakistan’s Fateh-IV Missile

Pakistan has strengthened its missile arsenal with the Fateh-IV cruise missile, an indigenously developed system capable of striking targets up to 750 kilometers away using low-altitude terrain-hugging flight paths and advanced navigation systems. In response to evolving aerial threats, India has significantly upgraded its air defence capabilities through the deployment of S-400 Triumf systems, upgraded Akash missiles, and the Integrated Air Defence Weapon System. Together, these imported and indigenous technologies form a robust multi-layered shield designed to detect, track, and neutralize modern cruise missile threats along sensitive borders and strategic regions.
