U.S. church shooting: Iraq War Veteran Thomas Jacob Sanford, 40, Named Suspect

Two people were killed and eight injured after a shooting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Michigan on September 28. Authorities identified 40-year-old Iraq War veteran Thomas Jacob Sanford from Burton as the suspect. He entered the church in a van and opened fire before being neutralized by police. The FBI and ATF are assisting local authorities in the investigation.
