Video: Minneapolis Woman Fatally Shot Through Car Window By ICE Agent

In south Minneapolis, the most recent community to be targeted by the Trump administration's immigration enforcement, a woman was shot and killed by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent on Wednesday.
