Russia Strikes Ukraine Capital in Oil Retaliation

Russia launched a massive 11-hour drone and missile attack on Ukraine's capital, Kyiv. The overnight strikes killed at least 20 civilians and injured many others. Moscow claims the attack was revenge for Ukraine targeting Russian oil refineries, which has caused major fuel shortages for Russia.
