Keir Starmer Faces Opposition Questions In House Of Commons Over ‘Mandelson-Epstein Deal’
UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer was questioned during PMQs in the House of Commons over his continued support for Peter Mandelson, Britain’s ambassador to the US, amid revelations of Mandelson’s links to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. Opposition leader Kemi Badenoch pressed Starmer on whether he knew about Mandelson’s relationship with Epstein, highlighted in a 2003 Ghislaine Maxwell birthday book, where Mandelson called Epstein his “best pal” and included photos and a handwritten note.
