Venezuela's Open To Negotiation With US After Land Strike

Nicolás Maduro, the president of Venezuela, said in a media interview that his country is open to negotiating a deal with the United States to fight drug trafficking just as the U.S. military announced strikes against five suspected drug-smuggling boats.
