When the owner of the shop, Laxman Sen, opened the shop on Tuesday morning, he was shocked to find that his store had been looted, with several goods lying scattered on the floor.

After receiving the complaint, Kareda Police reached the spot and examined CCTV footage from cameras installed inside and around the shop.

Around 800 metres away from the ransacked shop, police found a shop named  Sanwariya Mobile near Beej Godam Chauraha, where the same thief allegedly attempted to commit robbery the same night.
