'48 Iranian Leaders Gone In One Shot': Trump Hails 'Success' Of US Bombardments

Washington DC: US President Donald Trump has claimed that as many as 48 Iranian leaders have been killed in the ongoing ‘Operation Epic Fury’ against Iran. While speaking to the US media, the President said, “Nobody can believe the success we're having; 48 leaders are gone in one shot. And it's moving along rapidly.”

Several key Iranian figures, including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, have been killed in the joint airstrikes by Israel and the United States of America.

Seven senior officials of the Iranian Defense Leadership, including Ali Shamkhani, Mohammad Pakpour, Saleh Asadi, Mohammad Shirazi, Aziz Nasirzadeh, Hossein Jabal Amelian and Reza Mozaffari-Nia, have been killed. Iran's former President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad was also killed in airstrikes.

‘Agreed To Talks With Iran’: Trump

Trump has stated that he has agreed to talk with the Iranaian leadership. “They want to talk, and I have agreed to talk, so I will be talking to them. They should have done it sooner. They should have given what was very practical and easy to do sooner. They waited too long,” Trump said.

'9 Iranian Ships Destroyed': Trump

Trump also stated that nine Iranian ships have been destroyed in the ongoing US-Israel strikes under ‘Operation Epic Fury’. He added, “We are going after the rest They will soon be floating at the bottom of the sea, also! In a different attack, we largely destroyed their Naval Headquarters. Other than that, their Navy is doing very well!”
