Anna University has announced the dates for two significant entrance tests: TANCET and CREETA PG 2024 which are common engineering and MBA entrance tests.
Anna University has announced the dates for two significant entrance tests: the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2024) on March 9 and the Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CREETA) PG 2024 on March 10. TANCET 2024 is scheduled for the MBA exam from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, while the MCA exam will be held from 10 am to 12 pm. On the other hand, the CREETA PG exam will occur in a single shift from 10 am to 12 pm.
The application process for these exams will commence on January 10 and will close on February 7. Candidates seeking further details regarding exam fees and other particulars can access information on the website tancet.annauniv.edu.
The TANCET examination is the gateway for admission to MBA and MCA degree programs offered by various institutions, including Anna University departments, constituent colleges, Annamalai University, government, government-aided, and self-financing colleges in Tamil Nadu.
CREETA PG, on the other hand, is designed for admissions to ME/MTech/MArch/MPlan courses available at Anna University departments, constituent colleges of Anna University, Annamalai University, and government-aided engineering colleges exclusively.
Applicants are also eligible for monthly scholarships provided by the Tamil Nadu government based on merit and reservation norms. Moreover, technical institutions affiliated with Anna University's self-financing Engineering colleges and funded by the central government can consider CEETA-PG scores for their admission processes.
