Diljit Dosanjh kickstarted the Indian leg of his Dil-luminati tour last month and has covered, Delhi, Jaipur, most recently Hyderabad. In midst of this, a video of a female fan crying at his concert in Jaipur has now gone viral on social media and netizens brutally trolled her. Diljit Dosanjh has now responded to the video.

Diljit Dosanjh during the concert tour in Hyderabad, gave a befitting reply to the trolls who made insensitive remarks on a female fan. He even shared a video and in the clip he said, ā€œIt’s okay, It’s okay to cry. Music is an emotion, it has a smile, it has a dance, it has a flight, it has a fall, it has a cry. I myself have cried a lot listening to music. Only those who have emotions can cry. I got you, I got you, don’t worry about that. These girls- no one can stop them, They are independent, not only men but women earn too. They earn and can enjoy themselvesā€

In the clip, he further shared that, ā€œInna da apmaan karrahe ho, tussi desh di beti da apmaan karrae ho, main tenu das diya gal (You are insulting her, you are insulting the daughter of the country, I’m telling youā€.) Along with the video, the caption read, ā€œā€œA woman who knows her worth doesn’t need validation—she shines bright enough to light her own way. DIL-LUMINATI TOUR Year 24.ā€

Fans reaction to Diljit defending his fans

As soon as Diljit slammed the trolls, Diljit won the hearts of his fans when he stood up for her and slammed the trolls. One user wrote, ā€œSuch a beautiful human! He came across the memes. Let the beautiful girl live in peace without trolling her for being vulnerableā€. Another user wrote, ā€œDiljit literally said, my fans are untouchableā€. ā€œMusic has the power to evoke deep emotions, often reaching into the parts of us that words cannot touch. That's the true beauty of great music—it resonates with our experiences. She may have lost a significant other or a loved one, and the lyrics likely struck a chord, moving her to tears. After the video of the female fan went viral , several users trolled her seeing her emotional reaction. A user said, ā€œDidi cool banne gai the memes ban ke aagaiā€. Another user wrote, ā€œShe must be regrettingā€. ā€œTicket ke paise many rahi haiā€, wrote the third user.
