Ratan Tata's Funeral: Aamir Khan, Kiran Rao Pay Last Respects To The Veteran Industrialist
Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao reached the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) lawns, at Nariman Point, Mumbai to pay last respects to Ratan Tata.
Ratan Tata, veteran industrialist, died late Wednesday, October 9, at Mumbai hospital. He was 86. His mortal remains have been kept in the National Centre for Performing Arts (NCPA) lawns, at Nariman Point, for everyone to offer their last respects. Since morning several personalities from the business world, including Aditya Birla and Isha Ambani -Anand Piramal, were seen paying tribute to Ratan Tata. From the film industry Aamir Khan, along with ex-wife Kiran Rao, was seen at the venue to pay his last respects.

In the video going viral on the internet, Aamir and Kiran can be seen walking through the crowd up to the mortal remains of Tata Sons Chairman Emeritus.
They were also seen meeting the grieving family with folded hands.
Ratan Tata died around 11:30 PM in Breach Candy Hospital on Wednesday. His mortal remains will be kept till 4 PM and will then be taken for the final rites to the Prayer Hall of the Worli Crematorium.
What's next for Aamir Khan?
The actor was last seen in Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. Currently, he has been busy with the production work of his next film Sitaare Zameen Par, co-starring Genelia D'Souza. The movie serves as the spiritual sequel to Taare Zameen Par. It is based on the Spanish film, Champions (2018), selected as the Spanish entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 91st Academy Awards, but it was not nominated. The movie is speculated to release in December of this year. The actor is also producing Sunny Deol starrer Lahore 1947 and Vir Das' Happy Patel.
