Vettaiyan: Fahadh Faasil’s First Look From Rajinikanth Starrer Leaves Internet Excited

Fahadh Faasil aka FaFa is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film Vettaiyan, which has been garnering attention ever since its announcement. In the latest development, the makers have revealed the first look of Fahadh.

The makers Lyca Productions has announced that Fahadh Faasil will be playing Patrick in the film. Along with the video, the makers wrote in the caption, “Get ready to enjoy the vibrant energy of #FahadhFaasil as PATRICK in VETTAIYAN. Brace yourself for an intriguing character.”

In the video, Fahadh seemed to be in a serious mood. But it changes, the moment main lead Rajnikanth surprises him from the corner. The two then break into laughter.

When Fahadh Faasil revealed details about his role in Vettaiyan

During a press meet, a reporter asked Fahadh about his role in Vettaiyan. He revealed that he plays a humorous role alongside Thalaivar. Unlike his usual villain role, this time the actor will be playing a light-hearted character and is excited to act alongside Rajinikanth.

The movie Vettaiyan, featuring Rajinikanth in the lead role, is directed by TJ Gnanavel. It is produced by Subaskaran Allirajah under Lyca Productions. This action drama centres on Rajinikanth as a retired police officer who seeks to unravel a dark mystery.

The film also boasts a stellar cast, including  Amitabh Bachchan , Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Ritika Singh, and Dushara Vijayan in significant roles. It is set to be released in October 10 this year. The film will clash with Alia Bhatt starrer Jigra.
