Bigg Boss 18: Mahesh Babu's Sister-in-law Shilpa Shirodkar, Actress Chum Darang To Participate?

Bigg Boss 18 is set to start from upcoming Sunday, October 6. As always, this year also there is excitement about the contestants who would be locked inside the house. While TV actor Nia Sharma has already been announced as the first contestant by Rohit Shetty during the finale of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, few more names have come up that have been added to the final list. As per the latest report, Bollywood actresses Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang are also likely to join the show.

Shilpa Shirodkar and Chum Darang to be in Bigg Boss 18?

As per reports by Peepingmoon, Bollywood actor Shilpa Shirodkar, known for her performance in films like Gopi Kishan, Kishen Kanhaiya, Hum, Khuda Gawah and Gaja Gamini is rumoured to join Bigg Boss 18. After taking a long break from her career, she made her television debut in Ek Mutthi Aasmaan in 2013. Shilpa is the older sister of actress Namrata Shirodkar and the sister-in-law of South Indian superstar Mahesh Babu .

In addition to Shilpa, actress Chum Darang, who made her Bollywood debut in Badhaai Do, is also suggested as a potential contestant for the reality show. Originally from Pasighat in Arunachal Pradesh , she portrayed Bhumi Pednekar's girlfriend in the film. Chum has held supporting roles in the web series Paatal Lok and Gangubai Kathiawadi, which starred Alia Bhatt . Alongside her acting career, she has several pageant titles and operates a café in her hometown. However, neither of the actresses has reacted to these rumours, which adds to their significance.

Nia Sharma is the first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 18

Nia Sharma is the only official contestant of the Bigg Boss season 18 so far. In the final episode of Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, which aired on Colors, the same channel that shows Bigg Boss each season, Nia Sharma made an appearance as a guest. 

Host of the show, Rohit Shetty revealed during the episode that Nia Sharma is the first confirmed contestant for Bigg Boss 18. However, the actress herself has not confirmed the news.
