Naagin 4 Fame Rashami Desai Set To Make Her TV Comeback After 3 Years? Here's What We Know

Rashami Desai has been a part of the Indian entertainment industry for quite some time now. She established herself as one of the successful actresses after her television debut with Raavan in 2006. Now, reportedly, the TV actress will be making comeback to the small screens.

Rashami Desai all set for her tV comeback?

According to a report in TellyExpress, Rashami Desai is all to make a comeback with Wagle Ki Duniya- Nayi Peedhi Naye Kissey. She will reportedly be playing a pivotal role in the show and has already begun shooting for it.

The actress was recently seen in Gujarati film Mom Tane Nai Samjay and her performance was loved by the audience. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Naagin actor Rashami Desai was asked long back if there is a division between actors who have done TV shows switching to films and judged on basis of that. The actress said, “television actors are often asked about their roles and questioned the fact that how can one person play the same role over and over again every day.”

Rashami further stated that people shouldn't jump to conclusions and judge somebody about their work when they themselves haven't seen or experienced it ever. She further explained that she wants to be referred to as an 'actress' and not be labelled as a TV actress.

Rashami Desai’s rise to stardom

After Rashami Desai’s debut in Raavan (2008), she has also been part of several shows including Uttaran, Dil Se Dil Tak, Naagin 4,  Meet Mila De Rabba, Pari Hoon Main and Naagin 6. The actress made a cameo appearance in Dabangg 2 (2012). She has also been part of several regional films including  Assamese-language film titled Kanyadaan, Bhojpuri film titled Balma Bada Nadaun and Gabbar Singh among others. She also has been a part of several reality shows like Bigg Boss, Zara Nachke Dikha, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, and Nach Baliye. 

She is the recipient of several accolades including two Indian Television Academy Awards and Gold Awards. She has established herself as one of the most popular and highest-paid actresses on television. Apart from film and TV shows, Rashami Desai has featured in Tandoor, Ratri Ke Yatri, LLB-Bas Naam Hi Kaifi Hai, Womaniya and Hisaab Barabar.
