The hot oil massage can do wonders, for detoxification. Abhyanga is a warm oil massage. It starts from the scalp to the feet and can rejuvenate your body and mind. It is the best skincare routine too. Some Abhyanga methods also nourish and stimulate your body's inner and outer organs, as the oil seeps into the tissues of the body to release the accumulated toxins and expel them out through the gut.

Panchakarma

This process of detoxification in Ayurveda comprises five procedures that can help eliminate the toxins from the body and restore the balance among all three doshas.

Virechana: Internal cleansing by administering powders and pastes prepared from medicinal plants.
Vamana: Using herbal medicines to induce vomiting.
Vasti: Using warm medicated oils for enemas
Rakta moksha: Bloodletting by making precise incisions using surgical instruments

Dietary Changes

Avoiding foods is an easy to avoid toxin build-up.  Because of your prominent dosha, avoiding synthetic sweeteners, red meat, caffeine, smoking,  alcohol processed food, etc. is recommended. These foods may cause problems in digestion and can cause problems in the lymphatic system, causing stiffness, bloating, and swollen glands.

Self-Massage

Using medicated oils is a great way to drain the lymphatic system,  enhance the body's immune response can also help you reduce toxins, and improve tissue function.
