As per reports, Tamannaah reached the ED office at around 1.30 pm, where she was questioned in connection with the case for hours. Several Bollywood Big Names Were Summoned Earlier In Mahadev Betting App Case
It is said that FairPlay is a subsidiary application of the Mahadev online gaming app, which also provides platforms for illegal betting in different live games like Cricket, Poker, Badminton, Tennis, Football card games, and chance games.
Earlier, a few other Bollywood's biggest names were also summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) for their alleged involvement in the Mahadev betting app scandal. The ED has been investigating the app for its ties to betting and gaming, and it appears that several Bollywood celebrities have been caught in the crossfire.
Ranbir Kapoor , Shraddha Kapoor, Kapil Sharma, Huma Qureshi, and Hina Khan are among the stars who have been summoned by the ED for questioning. The agency is probing their involvement in promoting the Mahadev app, which has been accused of facilitating betting and gambling activities.
Sahil Khan, a Bollywood actor, was arrested in April for his alleged role in promoting the app. He has claimed that he was just a brand promoter and had no direct association with the betting platform.
The ED has also seized several documents and assets related to the app, and is investigating the financial transactions made by the celebrities involved.
This scandal has sent shockwaves through the Bollywood industry, with many stars now facing scrutiny for their involvement in the Mahadev app. As the investigation continues, it remains to be seen how many more celebrities will be implicated in the scandal.
