IPL 2023: Sunrisers Hyderabad announce name of captain for upcoming season

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) announced their captain for the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season, which begins on March 31. Know who will lead SRH this year.

Sunrisers Hyderabad announced South Africa cricketer Aiden Markram as their captain ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 season. Markram recently led the Sunrisers Eastern Cape team to a title victory in the inaugural SA20 season and has now been tasked with leadership duty in the IPL. The 29-year-old was bought by SRH ahead of the 2022 season, where he finished as the third-highest run-getter for the team with 381 runs in 14 games at a strike rate of 139.05 and an average of 47.63.
