RCB's poor record against KKR has been a major dent in their IPL credentials and Virat will be eager to douse the damage this time. They lost to KKR twice last season and a change in the tactics could be witnessed this time around.

Top run scorer against KKR in IPL

David Warner - 1093 runs from 28 matches

Rohit Sharma - 1070 runs from 34 matches

Suresh Raina - 966 runs from 28 matches

Virat Kohli - 962 runs from 35 matches

Virat Kohli Set To Enter Elite List

Virat also has breached the 1000 runs hurdle against Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals and  Punjab Kings and KKR could be the 4th team on his list. No other players in the IPL have managed to record 1000 runs against two or more IPL teams which speaks volumes about Virat Kohli's skills. RCB qualified for the playoffs last time but a loss to Rajasthan in the eliminator ended all their hopes. They will be hoping to finish in the top two in order to secure a direct place in the IPL final.
