Virat Kohli Clean Bowled During RCB's Net Session Ahead of Unbox Event | WATCH VIDEO

IPL 2025: Spotlight will be on Virat Kohli for obvious reasons when the 2025 season starts. He has been in good form with the bat and hence expectations would be high from him. And of course he is someone who has been shouldering surreal expectations for years and hence this IPL will not be any different.

But, looks like Kohli did not have a good net session with RCB in M. Chinnaswamy. In a recent session ahead of the Unbox event, Kohli was clean bowled in the nets. It did not make for a pretty picture. The clip has surfaced on social space where you can see Kohli's stumps rattled. Yes, it is a rare sight to see the defense of Kohli going for a toss.

Meanwhile, Kohli would hope he can continue his good form in IPL 2025. For the unversed, RCB are one of the few teams who are yet to get their hands on the silverware. 

Virat Kohli's Good Run Ahead of IPL 2025

Virat Kohli leads the list of highest run scorers in the history of IPL. Kohli has notched up 8004 runs in 244 innings and has played in every IPL edition since its inception. He retired from the T20Is after India's T20 World Cup triumph and this will be his first IPL post-retirement from the shortest format. Can he come up with the goods and inspire RCB to their maiden title? It will be difficult, but you cannot put it beyond him.

The former Indian captain is still going strong and showed his flashes of brilliance in the recently concluded Champions Trophy 2025. Virat scored a splendid ton against Pakistan and also set the stage with an excellent innings against Australia in the semifinal.
