Mohammed Siraj has recently been making headlines but not due to his cricketing prowess but for an entirely different reason. Indian cricketer Mohammed Siraj has officially taken up his new role as Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Telangana. He reported to the Director General of Police (DGP) on Friday to accept the position, which was offered to him by the state government in recognition of his outstanding performance in international cricket. Now a photo of Siraj is going viral as he has been photographed wearing his police uniform and reporting for duty. 

Siraj In Uniform Photo Goes Viral  

A photo of Mohammed Siraj reporting for his duties as the DSP in Telangana is going viral on social media and fans are absolutely enjoying this new look from Siraj. In the photo the fast bowler can be seen standing wearing the khaki police uniform. He is seen holding a police batton in his hand. 

He also brands a shiny brown belt and brown shoes as part of his uniform.

Distinguished Cricket Career For Siraj

Mohammed Siraj at a young age has had a remarkable career representing India in various tournaments. His notable achievements include participating in the World Test Championship and the Cricket World Cup finals. Most recently, he was part of the Indian squad that won the T20 World Cup after a 13-year wait.

Mohammed Siraj will return to action during the upcoming India vs New Zealand test series as he was announced as a part of the squad for the test series. He will be helping in their quest to reach the World Test Championship finals.
