ICC Champions Trophy 2025: Following their shambolic loss at the Champions Trophy 2025 event, Pakistan has been facing trolls as expected. Not just Indians or others, it is the Pakistani fans and former cricketers who are ripping apart Pakistan Cricket Board after their shock exit from CT 2025.

Former cricketer Kamran Akmal is the latest to take a jibe. He spoke about PCB's absence from the Champions Trophy presentation. Akmal reckoned they deserve it and it is ideal that ICC has shown them the mirror.

"The ICC showed us the mirror. The tournament's director (Sumair) was there. He was available, and why wasn't he in the ceremony? It is because we don't deserve to be there. We are not playing good cricket. Minow teams have shown us the mirror," Kamran said on his YouTube channel.

"No one discussed how Pakistan hosted the tournament. If we play such cricket, we will be treated like this. If you play for yourself, there will be no respect," Kamran added.

Pakistan's SHOCKING CT 2025

Hosts Pakistan failed to win a single match during Champions Trophy 2025. The Men in Green lost their tournament opener against New Zealand, then they were humiliated by India.

For India, Virat Kohli hit an unbeaten century to take the Men in Blue over the line. And then their final game against Bangladesh was washed out due to rain. The Men in Green exited the tournament with a solitary point.

Pakistan exited the marquee ICC event with merely a solitary point. Currently, there has been a complete revamp of the side. The national side is touring New Zealand and it would be a new start. Fans back in Pakistan would be hoping they do well. Interesting to see what happens when the tour begins on March 16.
